Brewed with Kyle from Horus Aged Ales, Dragon Glass is a Saison that features un-malted Obsidian, an ancient barley that pairs with malted wheat and Pilsner malt. This spent 1-year in oak barrels with each of our mixed cultures before being bottle naturally bottle conditioned.
